📘 Terms & Conditions – Samarpan 30 Program
Participation in the Samarpan 30 free NEET coaching initiative is a privilege offered by Leeyo Multipurpose Society (LMS). All selected students are expected to adhere to the following terms and conditions:
🔹 1. General Conduct & Discipline
All selected students must strictly follow the rules and regulations set by LMS and the Samarpan 30 program.
Any form of indiscipline, misbehavior, or misconduct may lead to warnings or termination from the program.
Students must show respect to faculty members, fellow students, and LMS staff at all times.
🔹 2. Academic Commitment
Students are required to attend all classes regularly as per the schedule provided.
Study hours and self-study routines must be strictly followed.
Participation in weekly tests, mock exams, and academic assessments is mandatory.
🔹 3. Attendance Policy
A minimum of 90% attendance in classes and assessments is required to continue in the program.
Absence without prior permission or valid reason may be treated as a disciplinary issue.
🔹 4. Mobile Phone Usage
Mobile phones will not be allowed during study hours or classes.
Phones may only be accessed during designated breaks or in case of emergency, with permission from LMS staff.
🔹 5. Residential Facility
Students must maintain hostel discipline and follow all residential rules.
Students are responsible for keeping their living space clean and maintaining decorum.
🔹 6. Termination Clause
Repeated failure to follow rules, irregular attendance, poor academic performance, or unethical behavior can lead to termination from the Samarpan 30 program.
LMS holds the full right to revoke the scholarship and seat of any student found violating the guidelines.
🔹 7. Identity and Conduct Verification
All selected students may be required to submit academic and identity documents for verification.
Any false declaration will result in immediate disqualification.
🔹 8. Commitment to Purpose
Students selected under Samarpan 30 are expected to stay fully committed to preparing for NEET and should not enroll in any other coaching or academic program simultaneously.
These guidelines are designed to ensure a focused, disciplined, and respectful learning environment for all students. LMS’s decision on any matter related to student conduct and performance shall be final and binding.
💰 Mandatory Student Payments (Non-Coaching Related)
While academic education (for 15 selected students in Class 11) and NEET coaching (for 15 repeater students) under Samarpan 30 are provided entirely free of cost, the following essential expenses must be borne by the selected students. These are external or one-time costs necessary for academic participation and personal upkeep.
📌 List of Mandatory Payments:
CBSE Board Registration & Exam Fees
As required by the CBSE Board for Class 11 & 12 registration and final examinations.
This fee is paid directly to the affiliated school.
Hostel stay is mandatory for all 30 selected students (15 selected Class 11 students & 15 Repeater students)
Class 11 Students: Dormitory (4 students/room) – ₹7,000/month
Repeaters: Single Room – ₹8,000/month
NEET Study Material
Printed study materials, books, and practice sets provided for NEET preparation.
LMS will offer these at a highly subsidized cost, but students must cover basic printing and distribution charges (Around ₹4,000 - ₹5,000).
Tuition is mandatory for the 15 selected Class 11 students selected under Samarpan 30.
Subjects Covered: Physics, Chemistry, Biology
Tuition Fee: ₹30,000 per year (payable as per schedule)
Uniform Cost
A standard Samarpan 30 uniform will be provided and must be worn during class hours and official events.
The cost includes two sets of uniform and will be payable at the time of joining (Around ₹1200 - ₹1500).
Stationery & Personal Items
Notebooks, pens, geometry boxes, bags, and other daily study essentials to be arranged by students.
Hostel Caution Money (if hostel facility is provided)
A refundable deposit of ₹10,000 will be collected from hostel students to cover any damages or misuse of hostel property.
Transportation (if applicable)
Students commuting from home are expected to manage their own travel expenses.
